Titanium frames. Meant for old men who want to buy a ‘lifetime’ bike. One of those that will never break down again. Or rather a fashion statement. Design. The one designer who always drives a Saab 9-5. Just because they should. Designers don't drive a flat-tuned Mercedes. The same goes for a titanium bike. Very few 20-somethings think: titanium, that's it. Now it also has to be said: titanium, if of high quality, is anything but cheap. So you quickly get to the point that titanium is for older men, who have money to spend on it.
Perhaps with that in mind, but also precisely because of positioning, Eddy Merckx Cycles, to which Eddy has his name attached, came up with a new titanium line. The link with Eddy himself seems a bit lost, but one thing is certain: this is a bike you want to be seen on.

Titanium for a reason
Titanium is known for its durability, comfort and timelessness. The frames are hand-built in Italy, with Columbus Hyperion titanium tubes. Final assembly takes place in Beringen, at Belgium's Cycling Factory. Both models use specially developed, 3D-printed UDH dropouts. This makes them compatible with modern drivetrains and prepared for future developments.
Corsa Pévèle Ti - all-road in balance
The Corsa Pévèle Ti positions itself between road bike and gravel bike. The bottom bracket is slightly lower than on a classic road bike, which lowers the centre of gravity and provides extra stability. The wheelbase is just shorter than that of a gravel bike, keeping the bike's steering sharp and direct.
You can put up to 40 mm wheels with a 1x drive and 38 mm with 2x. This makes the Pévèle Ti usable on asphalt, bad road surfaces and light gravel. Attachment points on the top tube and for mudguards increase practicality. Internal cable routing for a dynamo is also possible.
The Corsa Pévèle Ti is available as a frame-forkset or as a complete bike, with a choice of race- or gravel-oriented equipment:
- Shimano Ultegra Di2
- Shimano Dura-Ace Di2
- SRAM Force
- SRAM Red
- Campagnolo Super Record
- SRAM Force XPLR
- SRAM Red XPLR
- Campagnolo Super Record X

Corsa Strasbourg Ti - peace and control on gravel
The Corsa Strasbourg Ti has been developed for heavier gravel work. The geometry emphasises stability and control, with a low centre of gravity and quiet handling on rough surfaces. With room for tyres up to 50 mm, this model is clearly aimed at long gravel rides and adventure use.
The frame and fork feature multiple mounting points for bags, accessories and mudguards. The Strasbourg Ti is available as a frame-forkset or as a complete bike with 1x drive:
- SRAM Force XPLR
- SRAM Red XPLR
- Campagnolo Super Record X
Configure to your own taste
Both titanium models can be put together via the online configurator of Eddy Merckx. The brushed titanium finish forms the base, with customisable accents. Riders choose the colour of the logos on head tube and down tube, as well as matching Wolf Tooth parts. Five colourways are available.
Corsa Ti models are equipped with CeramicSpeed SLT headset bearings and a T47 Alpha bottom bracket (excluding Campagnolo mounts). These components come with a lifetime warranty. The approach is clear: one bike, built to last for years, with no concessions to modern standards.
