Julbo introduces the new EVAD.2: the high-tech cycling glasses for ultimate performance

Four years after the success of the EVAD.1, the French brand presents Julbo the EVAD.2, an updated and advanced cycling glasses especially for athletes who value technology and performance. Featuring an integrated head-up display and a panoramic SPECTRON monolens, the EVAD.2 offers not only a view of the path, but also instant insight into real-time performance data such as speed, power, and elevation changes.

Connected intelligence on cycling

The Julbo EVAD.2 uses Bluetooth® and can be synced with smartphones, Apple Watch®, Garmin® and Suunto®. This allows athletes to easily connect to an entire ecosystem, including live Strava segments. These new cycling glasses give cyclists an extra challenge by comparing their performance against previous records or "King of the Mountain" (KOM) times on Strava while riding.

Innovative design for ultimate comfort

At just 35g and with a robust design that includes adjustable Flex³ legs and a Grip Tech nose, the EVAD.2 offers a comfortable fit for any cyclist, even during intense rides. The display module is carefully integrated in the centre of the glasses and projects data into the field of vision without losing sight of the road.

Personalisation and compatibility

Through the ACTIVELOOK app, users can easily set up their own data fields and synchronise them with Bluetooth® sensors such as heart rate monitors and cycling computers. The EVAD.2 also works seamlessly with other sports apps, making it suitable for paragliding and sailing. The ecosystem continues to evolve, allowing users to personalise their glasses to their liking.

Availability and price

The EVAD.2 will be available from October 2024 at a price of €349 including VAT. In addition to the glasses, the kit also includes a USB charging cable, a hard case, a soft case and some cleaning accessories. These Julbo cycling glasses are the choice for athletes looking to take their performance to the next level using the latest technology.
