Lapierre is the well-known French bike brand, with which the FDJ team was associated for many years. The women's team, FDJ-Suez does still ride Lapierre bikes. For the new gravel range, the Crosshill CF, they have gone all out. No pro team is involved here, but rather three ambassadors who collectively try to cross the 5 Canary Islands in 5 days. New gravel range<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lapierre, already known since the introduction of the aluminium Crosshill collection in 2016, now takes a big step forward with the launch of the Crosshill CF series. 3D Tubular Endurance Technology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What makes this series special is the 3D Tubular Endurance technology, which redefines comfort on long distances. The seat tube and extended rear triangle are designed to offer up to 12% more vibration damping at speeds of 40km\/h. The latter is then slightly less relevant for gravel, but still. The Flexstays also improve vertical flexibility through their unique elliptical shape and double S-shaped break, which efficiently absorb unevenness on the trail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Crosshill CF also offers customisation options with a frame that can accommodate suspension forks up to 40 mm suspension travel and tyres up to 700\u00d745, making the bike extremely versatile. The modified geometry, including a shorter top tube and straighter seat tube angle, ensures a comfortable and compact riding position and efficient pedalling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Crosshill CF is available in six sizes from XS to XXL. The frames also offer multiple lugs for bikepacking bags. So you can see that this bike is really designed for adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices for the Crosshill CF series start at \u20ac2,799 for the base model, rising to \u20ac6,999 for the most luxurious model. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
