Both teams will use Shimano's advanced DURA-ACE Di2 wireless groupset until 2028, providing them with state-of-the-art shifting and braking technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mauro Gianetti, CEO of UAE Team Emirates, stresses the importance of this collaboration: \"We are very proud and excited about this new collaboration with Shimano. We are an innovative team and always want to be at the forefront with our equipment. To compete at the highest level, you have to use the best material. If we combine our expertise in cycling, I think we can achieve very good things in the coming years.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melissa Moncada, president of UAE Team ADQ, added: \"Women's cycling is growing rapidly, and our team is aiming for ambitious goals. We want to equip our riders with the most advanced technology so they can perform at their best. By combining our experience on the field with Shimano's expertise in innovation, we are ready to grow together and compete at the highest level with the best equipment.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the collaboration with Shimano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yuzo Shimano, Executive Officer and Vice President of the Bike Planning Department at Shimano, sees the collaboration as a long-term investment in technological innovation: \"Our four-year collaboration with UAE Team Emirates represents a long-term commitment to technological innovation.
