The EVO is the spiritual successor to the popular Cinturato Velo and targets the fast-growing segment between racing, gravel and daily mobility. Pirelli itself speaks of an \"enduro on the road\" approach - and that turns out to be no empty slogan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All-season performance thanks to SmartEVO AS compound<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cinturato EVO TLR has been developed based on the latest <strong>SmartEVO All Season compound<\/strong>. That technology is derived directly from Pirelli's motorsport department and promises excellent grip on both dry and wet surfaces. Moreover, the rubber effectively dampens vibrations and bumps - making it ideal for long journeys, changing surfaces or intensive commuting. Think rice husk silica, recycled nylon fibres and vegetable oils. For transparency, Pirelli is even introducing a special label on the sidewall, identifying products with circular materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grip inspired by motorbike tyres<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Striking detail: the tread design is inspired by Pirelli's <strong>Scorpion Trail III<\/strong> motorbike tyre. With a central slick strip and aggressively cut shoulders, the tread gives extra grip on gravel and wet strips - without compromising rolling resistance on asphalt. The tread also provides high mileage, low wear and improved tear resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suitable for any surface<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With available sizes from <strong>28 mm to 55 mm<\/strong> the Cinturato EVO TLR fits perfectly on modern gravel, endurance and adventure bikes, as well as wider racing frames and urban bikes.
