Pogačar rides the 1x with one huge front fork 64 teeth and short cranks of 160 mm, with one for an ENVE wheel of 100 mm and one at the rear for a dense disc.

Our perspective

Striking: 165 mm cranks and 55/40 on the road bike, and 160 mm cranks in the time trial. Short cranks are clearly the new norm among pros. And the 7.07 kilograms show that aero and stiffness are now more important than meeting the UCI weight limit.

Source: Colnago

Colnago showed off the bike that world champion Pogačar rides for the Tour: a Y1Rs weighing 7.07 kilograms with a 55/40 chainring and 165 mm cranks, and a new time trial bike, the TT2, which is 550 grams lighter than the TT1.

[6,392

post-3370","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-fietsen","category-nieuws
["GET
